MAB held a dialogue with 120 blind persons on January 15, 2005, to have views from the grass roots. The Dialogue was chaired by MAB President Prof Datuk Dr Ismail Md Salleh. All the suggestions were noted to date we have been able to take appropriate action for most of the issues.

MAB has also agreed to hold this dialogue on a yearly basis. It was also agreed to hold three `HARI BERTEMU PELANGGAN' on April 2, September 3 and December 10, this year.
