Accessibility:
Conduct training and workshops for government, public, and corporates
Advocate for accessibility policies that enable economic independence
Educate the blind on built environment access, universal design, and web accessibility
Raise awareness of the Disability Act 2008
Awareness & Welfare:
Refer individuals to education, training, and employment opportunities
Emotional and physical support, especially for newly blind individuals
Financial aid and assistance
Welfare complaint resolution and recommendations
Welfare assistance schemes, home/hospital visits, and case referrals
Orientation & mobility training, counselling sessions, and volunteer programs
