MAB Rehabilitation & Training Centre (Kinta Valley)
Established in August 2012, the MAB Rehabilitation & Training Centre in Kinta Valley delivers life-changing training programs to support independence and skill development among the visually impaired.
Services under the unit are:
Daily Living Skills: Learning essential tasks for independent living
Orientation & Mobility: Mastering techniques to navigate safely using white canes and mobility tools
Computer Literacy: Learning to use computers and assistive technologies
Braille: Reading and writing Braille
Al-Quran Braille: Reading and writing Quranic texts in Braille format
English Communication: Improving spoken and written English for daily and professional use
