Business Development, Fundraising, and Public Relations Unit

Business Development Unit This unit supports the sustainability of MAB’s initiatives through strategic business activities that empower visually impaired entrepreneurs and producers.

Services:

  • Promote handicrafts made by the visually impaired
  • Conduct product promotion, market research, and community engagement
  • Organise massage roadshows and handicraft exhibitions
  • Manage the MAB Shoppe, offering full body massages, foot reflexology, and sales of goods/services

Fundraising and Public Relations: This unit serves as the bridge between MAB and the public, tasked with outreach, awareness, and fundraising efforts.

  • Manage social media presence with frequent updates
  • Educate the public through informational content
  • Raise public awareness and interest in the visually impaired community
  • Organise events and solicit donations
  • Build media relationships and coordinate publicity for MAB events
