Create marketing materials, like flyers and brochures, to be used for the promotion of events and other fundraising pushes

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible to provide training of relevant skills to the blind trainees especially in agriculture.
Assist in identify and effectively implement the short/ medium-term initiatives to elevate the techniques and methods of agriculture course to the trainees.
Identify trainee’s needs, and cooperate with other professional staff members in assessing and helping trainees solve health, attitude, and learning problems.
Develop and execute the approved curriculum with instructional materials for the training
Maintain proper control and discipline in a positive manner by establishing good rapport between trainees and others involved in the learning
Evaluate trainee’s progress, keep appropriate records, prepare progress reports, and effectively communicate trainees’ progress with management and family member, if any.

Job Description
At Malaysian Association for the Blind (MAB), we provide our clients (blind & visually impaired) with the best customer service in the industry. To do this, we need to ensure that our call centre trainees are properly trained. We are looking for an experienced call centre trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in call centre operations, training, and coaching. He/she will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that will help our trainees provide the best possible service to our clients. The trainer will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs and making necessary adjustments.

Identify future hiring needs and developing JD and specifics.
Collaborating with potential employers to compile consistent list of vacancies suitable and relevant.
